Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello, I moved to Bengaluru in 2022. The first year was mostly fine. But in 2023, suddenly I started waking up with a stuffy nose. I would sneeze 10-15 times and then it would be ok. After some time, it got worse. I would keep sneezing on and off throughout the day. My nose would either be stuffy or runny. I would feel drowsy on those days. The frequency of this started increasing.. to a point where not even a single day of the week would be fine. My voice also became nasal. Meanwhile, I moved to a different house far away from the previous one. The issue continued. A doctor prescribed azeflo nasal spray which works well for me. So now I don't have so many episodes but my voice is still nasal. A new problem has come up since October 2024 wherein I start coughing when I lie down (not every day but often). Along with it is a very prominent wheezing sound. Coughing is sometimes incessant. I am not able to figure out the cause. Please help.

Hi, 4-5 months back while lying down i had problem in which my breath used to feel stuck which made my sleeping miserable which did go away after a consultation with a physician whom prescribed me inderal la stating it is an anxiety. Then it went away for a month then after i had one episode of the same problem. Which was 2 months back. Recently i faced the same thing while waking my breath feel stuck for few seconds and came back to normal. I had done tests like ecg(sinus tachycardia), echo and my cardiologist said that i might have anxiety disorder. blood reports to came normal but b12 and d3 deficiency. I do worry about my health a lot and in a constant worry feeling that something might happen to me. My mother has mild asthma.
