Lung Cancer???
I had chest CT in January 2023 The report is attached. I also underwent chest X Ray in December 2024. Film is attached. And Also CT Coronary Angiogram which says normal coronaries. I have severe fatigue for last 1 week so shortness of breath. Though I get up from sleep with racing heartbeat and shortness of breath. Can I have lung malignancy and can CT Coronary Angiogram incidentally find lung tumors ?

This CT is 2 years old and it cannot be used to diagnose your current condition. Although you don't have any typical symptoms which point towards malignancy, it's really difficult to rule out or rule in anything with such short history and no recent investigations. And yes, a CT coronary can incidentally detect tumours, if they are there and they are size significant.
