Should I approach anti Fibrosis
I had covid in 2020 then I have developed lung Fibrosis in the right Lung upper lobe.
Now I recently had lung Infection not high but for a long time
Should I ask my doctor anti Fibrosis to prevent Fibrosis

Anti-fibrotics are mainly used for progressive diseases like ILD,it might not help in your case.I recommend trying diaphragmatic exercises they will help your lung function.

Antifibrotics role is there in progressive fibrosing ILD. Regular follow up to be done. In post covid era, very few patients are eligible for anti fibrotics. For further any query, please consult online.

No visible fibrosis to start anti fibrotics ….
mosaic attenuation which may be due to artefacts due to improper breath hold…
Rather than antifibrotics , perform breathing exercises and do incentive spirometry..
