I had covid After that my lung developed Fibrosis in the right Lung upper lobe,
Now recently I had Lung Infection again, Should I ask anti Fibrosis to my doctor

Antifibrotics are prescribed based on extent of fibrosis in ct chest and based on the extent of restriction we can find in pulmonary function test and depending on ur symptoms, we recommend whether to use or not and if yes , how much dose n for what duration

Now, there are different kind of fibrosis, not all fibrosis requires medications.
We do certain tests to see what sort of fibrosis it is, if it is actually post covid fibrosis and see if it's progressing.

it's better to evaluate your symptoms ( if you feel better or worse) and if you have symptoms of any other progressive lung disease like ILD, and plan a PFT to see for your lung function and then consider medications.
