Can I take Ab Phylline SR 200 to treat breathlessness if I have weak heart and I am on beta blockers Propranolol 30 mg everyday ?

Hi I have difficulty breathing while lying down When i lie down i start breathing from my chest and it gets harder to take a deep breath. It has been happening since 2 months.

I am writing to seek medical advice for my wife, who is experiencing the following symptoms: * Persistent cough * Chest pain associated with coughing * Throat discomfort/soreness

Patient Query for Doctors: "I recently had an infection, and my doctor prescribed Foracort and Saliprair L 20 inhalers for breathlessness. However, I have been experiencing recurrent urinary bacterial infections for the last 2 years (attaching my report). Additionally, I have ear pain and buzzing, and my ENT doctor mentioned it could be an infection. I also take Doxylin and Cetirizine. Given my current health issues, can I continue using these inhalers, or should I stop and inform my doctor? Also, is there a risk that the infection could spread or worsen, especially due to the inhalers? Will the corticosteroid inhaler (Foracort) specifically make my infection worse?" Please advise.

My HRCT report shows "mosaic attenuation of small airway disease bilateral" My HRCT film shows "air tapping" I recently had an Infection after that this happened I had an infection on February 20 this year. I have wasted lots of time in a government hospital. Just yesterday I went to a private clinic The pulmonologist prescribed foracort inhaler 200 and doxyphyllin and montek lc feeling bit better But not Completely fine Should I ask my doctor to add / prescribe SABA and anti cholinergic? Will it help And reverse my small airway disease and air tapping?

Kindly help me out what may be the disease I actually felt acidity or gastric pain in chest since some days... And no symptoms of mucus production or feeling tired or coughing Wht may be the cause of hilar shadows heavy

My child is having cough .and nose block as he had ice cream in evening . So I have given viscodyne D 4 mL for him.Is it ok to give ?

This morning I took foracort the inhaler formoterol 6mcg budesonide 100 mcg 4 Dosages as mentioned on it  with spacer  and it increased my heart beat for 2 hours Around?  What should I do?
