7.5mg means I have to buy a separate tablet or how to do can i cut the tablet
one full 5mg and one half 5mg like this am I right
And today half cutted tablet can i use for next day or not

1½ tablet can be used. If you store the tablets in a good air tight container, you can use the other half next day.
Decreasing dose depends on why was wysolone started and how are your symptoms now.... Some conditions like asthma exacerbations requires a short course and some conditions like ABPA requires long term...

One tab 5 mg and one 2.5 mg it's a bit difficult to cut tablets see if your doctor can give a syp / alternative to match the tapering put for you.
