Chest & Breathing Problems

She is having issue of breathlessness and cough from more than a week now, there is chest congestion and whenever she cough(dry) there is unbearable chest pain and now she is on heavy dosage which was prescribed by her family doctor, she is facing loss of apetite and due to that she is getting weaker and feel light headed and dizzy most of the time, also she is facing sleep deprivation. I am sharing her test report please share your views on this.

Hi Doc, My brother had tested positive on 14th April. Today is his 21st day. He hadd mild cough, so we had extended his isolation by 1 more week. There is no cough since yesterday. Here doc has not advised for any rtpcr to confirm. Can we end his isolation today? We have elder parents and a 2 year old at home. Please advise if there are any more precautions to take.

I am having ct scan severity 10/25 in lungs(also mentioned that glass densities with halo images seen in lungs), do i need to get hospitalized? Fever was 102 three days ago, now it's 98-100, i am also having mild history of asthama.
