Chest & Breathing Problems

My husband tested positive and for a week he didn't took care of himself & after consulting with Dr we got to know his 50% lungs have been infected and started his medication as per Dr advice. Today is 5th day of the course & 12th day of being infected with Covid-19 & he's doing real well but his breathing get fast after moving a little distance (saans phulna), he starts to sweat & I always see him keeping his hand on chest in this condition. He gets calm after 2 minutes. What could be the reason for this? He used to be a smoker (5-6 cigarette a day) before Covid-19. His saturation is good (stays above 94 throughout the day). Mucus is coming out due to medicines. He's taking steam & nebuliser as per Dr advice.

I have tideness in chest for last two weeks and lose stool I also lost some weight.My ecg was normal.i thought it's gastric but with gastric medications also it's not relief.

Patient (Rabiya) is diagnosed with CT score of 8/25 as CORADS-5. Doctor has referred to admit in COVID center. No symptoms except severe breathing shortness and back pain. Saturation of 94-98%. On Remdesivir, 2 doses taken already. Still breathing has not improved. Do we have to wait for few more doses or further medicine is required. Kindly advice?

Sir मुझे गले में रेशा गिरता रहता है और स्वांश नली में बलगम इक्कट्ठा हो जाता है । जिससे कई बार साँस लेने में दिक्कत होती है । doctor कहते हैं कि एलर्जी की दिक्कत है ।nesal spary भी डाल रहा हूँ ।नाक की हड्डी का ऑपरेशन भी करवा लिया है। Dr साहब कहते हैं कि एलर्जी की वजह से स्वांश की नली में सूजन आ जाती है। क्या करूँ कुछ समझ नहीं आता । foracart 200 लेता हूँ पर कई बार आराम लगता है पर कई बार नहीं लगता । आराम लगता भी है तो इन्हेलर लेने के आधे घण्टे बाद ही लगता है।

Can we take covid vaccine(covishield/covaxin) while on antifungal medication(sebifine 250mg)? I am taking sebifine medicine from last 8 days and have to continue it for next 2 weeks should I go for covid vaccination or not?
