Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi sir, my wife going under Covid treatment with fabiflu, ivermectin,doxy. its her 14 th day of treatment . for the past 2 days  she is getting mild fever like 98.2- 99.5 by evening like before Covid confirmation . her CRP is 4.8, ESR after 1 hr is 40 and         after 2 hrs is 70. Is it Relapse of Covid ? What might be the reason. What additional test or medication to take

My mother is suffering from slight Chest congestion. She had a cold, runny nose till last week. Now left only with phlegm, which she is curing through steaming, drinking hot liquids etc. She never had fever, tiredness, or other breathing issues. Her oxygen levels are over 96. Can anyone guide me if it is safe for her to go and take a covid vaccination in her current state or should we wait it out till the congestion goes?

I have tested positive for Covid 19 one month ago. I took all the prescribed medicines and now tested negative and feeling all good. Just facing heaviness in chest and heart side also my pulse rate is consistently on higher side around 110. I am also taking steam and also doing breathing exercises regularly.
