Please suggest regarding CT Scan! Different dates report..Is there any improvement. CT score is 18. Currently On oxygen support..

Hi done hrct to rule out covid ...it shows corads 2...what does it mean? Symptoms-severe upper back pain(just back of breast)when ever sit or do work ..relief when resting on bed...left breast and shoulder blade pain(on and off pain),feeing on numbness in the above mentioned areas,throat itching and shortness of breath ocaasionally...this is since Aug .took hrct in aug...showed corads 2-minimal plueral effusion and infective etiology...doctors told nothing to worry about it.cbp crp nt pro bnp serum creatinine serum uric acid thyroid vit b12 calcium eeg normal ...vit d3 16 and esr 28...took vit d3 supplements weekly once for 3 months.took azee bilagra salt water gargle betadine doxcyp Montek lc lexzin mk medrol 16 mg pregabalin nt ,for all symptoms..getting cold chills during winter and also shortness of breath in ac.so plz tell us corads 2 serious?are these related to lungs or some other thing?27f

My father has no breathing problems, no temperature nor any coughing. He remains in home and has no contact. We checked SpO2 of our family using pulse oximeter   as precautions. All are normal. I observed that when my father is sleeping, his SpO2 reading are below 95. Something reaches 80.

I woke up from my sleep breathless then I immediately grabbed my oxymeter it shows 98. Later in the month of February I got my CT scan done it doesn't show anything . Why does this happen and what should I do 😖

Asking for a friend- Male, 40 Years. He is currently suffering from Covid Pneumonia in home isolation. Yesterday he took Nebuliser (12 mins) for the first time and since then he is having chest pain, congestion and coughing. He is worried if he overdid the nebuliser. Has Nebuliser worsened his symptoms? Please suggest is it safe to continue with nebuliser in his current condition.
