Hello,
Sometimes the level of spo2 in pulse oximeter drops to 88-90 for a few seconds when my parents who are both above 64 years old, do walking. (Both are co morbid, 1 with diabetes & other had angioplasty 9 years ago, BP problem)
Is it normal for SPO2 to drop below normal level for 4-5 seconds after walking for 10 minutes?

No, it is not. It would be better to get them evaluated. I will require more details to comment further. It would be better if you could book a consult.
