I had tb in may 2019 and cured in march 2020 but i had some difficulty in breathing so i took ct scan from there doctor said old healed koch .. Is old healed Koch's affect breathing??

For a few days I have been experiencing shortness of breath,chest pain, swelling in the right side below ribs with pain and restlessness in upper body.Also  My spO2 is around 95-97 and BPM is 100.i have undergone xray and ct scan and on doctor consultation I found everything was normal.My CBC report indicated : basophil count-0.01thou/mm3 Platelet count-139thou/mm3 MPV-14.7fL RDW-14.7% Also my covid test came negative I want some help in this matter as the above symptoms are quite persistent and is causing me to feel tired and restless

Please explain what to do..ct report showing 19/25 ..but she is fine now..spo2 is 98,99. . No breathing problm..but fever headache sneezing continue from 10 days..and this is CT report..what to do.. please suggest..can we admit her or do CT again..
