Shortness of breath and increased heart rate with no heart pain and sweating.. When Drink water it decreases, and when I fast it also increases on that day, what is this problem?, plz help

For a few days I have been experiencing shortness of breath,chest pain, swelling in the right side below ribs with pain and restlessness in upper body.Also  My spO2 is around 95-97 and BPM is 100.i have undergone xray and ct scan and on doctor consultation I found everything was normal.My CBC report indicated : basophil count-0.01thou/mm3 Platelet count-139thou/mm3 MPV-14.7fL RDW-14.7% Also my covid test came negative I want some help in this matter as the above symptoms are quite persistent and is causing me to feel tired and restless
