Chest & Breathing Problems

My parents aged 65,Covid positive patients, there oxygen saturation is fluctuating in between 89 to 92,they have light fever with much tiredness, does they need oxygen support ,they are taking light food.

I was tested covid positive on 20th april. I have completed 14 days in isolation. Since 24th i dont have fever and body ache. I have a little  mucus and i feel something is there in my chest. Shall i end my isolation without retesting?

Few months back,I suffered from bronchitis,then I recovered by using Ab phylline and Aerodil Ls syrup as per doctor's advise But I want to improve my lung health,Is there any good supplement powder like pulmocare etc to improve good lung health 1) Any good supplement powder & vitamins to improve lung health?? Is it required for people who have been covid positive in past, to get vaccinated, if yes, is there a time period for which they have to wait? (It's my 22nd day since the first symptoms. I have recovered. So wanted to know if vaccination is applicable to me ? )

I am 19 years old i was diagnosed with TB in 2019 may and then in month of march treatment complete and i feel breathlessness so doctor took CT in which scars and calcification appear after 1 year again this problem started. Does it symptoms of Pulmonary fibrosis
