Kindly help me out what may be the disease I actually felt acidity or gastric pain in chest since some days... And no symptoms of mucus production or feeling tired or coughing Wht may be the cause of hilar shadows heavy

Hello Doctors, My father is on MDR TB Treatment. Doctor suggested some tests and written few medicines. Can anyone please explain what's is written in the attached photo?

Treatment started 1 week back - HRZE (6 tabs), Now presenting with nausea since 3 days with 2-3 episodes of vomiting. Got tests done- AST -109 , ALT- 45 , bilirubin normal, s. Uric acid - 12.78 . Our Doctor suggested that pyrazinamide be removed and add levoflox 750 od. Other doctor suggested to stop rifampicin and pyrazinamide both and repeat lft after 5 days The doctor in DTC ( district tuberculosis centre) suggested to continue the medication- HRZE and only to be discontinued if Liver enzymes raised by 5 times. Currently there are no symptoms but I'm confused as to what to do? Please guide

I recently had a lung infection, so the Pulmonary Doctor recommended foracort inhaler steroid based,taking from the last 15 days,today I got done with a  urine routine today,It shows bacteria in Urine routine, Should I continue inhealer, stop until I meet my Doctor on Monday?
