Chest & Breathing Problems

I recently had an infection, as the hrct report shows I have a small airways disease. And hrct film shows air tapping And I feel something stuck in my throat My doctor prescribed foracort inhaler 200.and montek lc and doxyphillin tablet and next Time in consultation I will my doctor to add for SABA and anticholinergic Should I take steam inhalation, will it help to open my small airways and throat and mucus, Especially ,will steam inhalation help open blocked Small airway? Or will it  worse my conditions? If it will help, how many Times per day?

Hi if Tb was corrected 10 years before but got a positive in blood test today.. what test can confirm if it is inactive

I was down with very low grade fever after recovering from typhoid last month .My doctor asked me to get a chest x-ray done .The report showed some concerning results .Should I get worked up for cancer tb and other lung diseases further ?. What do these results suggest . Are they highly abnormal . I have a history of thalesemia minor . I am attaching recent cbc , chest x-ray etc . I do remember being down with mild flu as well some time back but it was nothing serious at all My cbc was normal with normal haemoglobin and platelets and wbc counts . .

I had covid After that my lung developed Fibrosis in the right Lung upper lobe, Now recently I had Lung Infection again, Should I ask anti Fibrosis to my doctor

Hlo doctor I have been suffering from acidity cough both dry and wet , and breathing problem feel like some is heavily pushing from stomach i don't understand weather it is gas or breathing problem

2 days ago I got blood in cough and my chest started hurting so I go to doctor and my tb sputum test come positive so my medicines are started . But some people can have tb in different organs also . My thigh and testis are experiencing mild pain from 3 years and 3 years ago I go to urologist he didn't find any thing wrong in reports  and my one ear is experiencing wind like sound and my brain pulsates when I am out of breath or try to sleep from 1 month and I had gone to ENT doctor he said it is due to ear wax so he has given me drops to put in ear and after 5 days he will remove it  . But now as I know I have tb so is any symtom associated with any different kind of tb please tell as some tb require longer and different treatment and also tell which tests should I do further

Internet shows anti cholinergic inhalers cause urine retention and bladder issues as side effects And these side effects are common with anti cholinergic Is it true? But the inhaler will Only go to the respiratory Right?

Dear doctor I m having chest pain during running and post running it finished...I was tested COVID positive in 2020 and still m having sneezing problem, there are lot of sneezing comes and when I take levocetrizine it reduces...and post COVID still I take deep breath it's hard to take deep breath... normal breath is good ... Spo2 level is 98...no cough ...only sneezing and sometimes sore throat

Hi doctor, My son is 3 years old and getting cough sometime after he wakeup in th morning , when he do running at evening and sometimes in middle of night. Apart from that he is active.The above symptoms are not continuous sometimes there is no cough in a day. This cough happens intermittently since 2 to 3 months . What will we do in this case? I am afraid he is having asthma as his o2 level drops 2 times at 93-94 range

Done all tests including PFT, chest xray, ultrasound, all normal but i feel chest tightness 2-3 times in a month, what is the reason. Please suggest
