Hi, My kid has a cough from the last two days, when we visited the local clinic today, they did CBC and chest x ray, reports suggest that some infection and lot of kapha. The doctor advised 5 days 3 times IV saline and nebulization. I am attaching the x ray and blood report. Please enlighten more about the illness, and, will this treatment be sufficient for him or does he need more? Thank You

I hv gastric and anxiety Gastroenterologist gave me Pantoprazole 20 and Amitriptyline 10 Recently for my chest congestion and breathing issues  pulmonologist suggest me Tiotropium Bromide inhaler 9mcg & Formoterol fumarate and budesonide inhaler Can I take it with amitriptyline? Is it safe in anxiety? Pulmonologist told me take it for 2 weeks then I will think about test ( pft) My cbc reports also good

Hi I am having Continuous Cough for a week now. Symptoms: Severe cough throughout day and worse at night.. I cough from deep lung. Sore throat, throat irritation. Itching like sensation on throat.. If I breath heavily it is irritating my throat. If I speak it gets worse. Little white color mucus comes while coughing. No fever. But felt chills. Does not feel like nasal congestion or sinus. Unable to sleep. Not taking any medication. Just lozenges. Help me with what could it be?

34 yr old female has 3 small lymph nodes on left side of the neck last year.. so she went to ent dr he prescribed some tab and after 6months she again had pain on tat place so she went to another ent they took a scan and also test the lymphnodes ,tb negative .. and they gave 5days antibiotics course she completed.. after 4months now she had cough at night and no fever.. and suddenly she had breathing problem so dr gave her allergy tablets but after a week her symptoms didn't go away so her pulmonologist suggest her to take a tb test .. and detected tb.. for the past two days she is taking medicine .. but she is very tired and she cnt even cook.. very mild infection only.. gave 4tablets .. My doubt is shal we take her to our home?? Which is 300km away from her home.. if we take her here her mom and dad is heart patient and also sugar and bp is there.. will it affect them??

Sputum positive and taking tablet from karnataka govt hospital fr the past 7days. Can a patient travel to tamilnadu native place and get a tablet from tn goverment? There is no one to help there so she is going to her hometown. Another question How many days will tb spread from that patient ? And taking fruits is good or not?
