Recurrent dry cough
Hello doctors, so i have been experiencing dry coughs on and off for many months now. A slight exposure to dust or cat fur or even eating a bit of acidic food late at night (i have GERD), causes me to have a burning sensation in the throat followed by cold, cough and fever and i often follow up with medicines after which the cold and fever are treated but the dry cough remains.
Recently too, after taking a medicine course which consisted of Augpen-LB 625 and other cough medicines, my coughing didn't reduce. After a follow up, the ENT doctor said that my issue isn't related to ENT and i must consult a chest physician.
While coughing i feel like my throat and chest are vibrating. While i have been prescribed another course for 7 days (2nd attached picture), i wish to understand what my issue could be and what tests I must do to know what issue i have. Please help regarding this. Thanks!

Having dust allergy problem
Hi Good morning,
In any case If I contacted the dust. so the problem was having started unable to breathe at night while sleeping, running nose, sneezing multiple times, nose pack, itching eyes. Every time a different case.
Since 2022 the problem started and Dr said it was kind of an allergy so I needed to take montair fx and foracort 200. It stopped in the middle of like 2023 2024 no issues, I was not taking any kind of allergy medicine. In 2025 a few days back again the problem started and went for the below test which report I attached.
Plz suggest a solution and yoga so I can finish this problem permanently.
Thankyou

Should I take Dayvigo as I have breathin
Title: Should I take Dayvigo if I have breathing problems after COVID?
Post:
"I am attaching my CT scan of lungs and PFT. I have had breathing problems since testing COVID positive. Along with this, I also have insomnia. My psychiatric doctor has tried all sleep medications, but none worked. Now, my psychiatrist has prescribed another medicine, and if that doesn’t work, they said they will prescribe Dayvigo.Dayvigo is the last option
However, I read on the internet that Dayvigo can worsen breathing problems. Should I take it or not? Is it safe for someone with post-COVID breathing issues?"

Cough Reflex not present
Asking for father who underwent cervical surgery 2 months back, he is bed ridden post surgery and has tracheostomy as well. He is not able to cough on his own that is impacting his oxygen saturation. He doesn't have cough reflex because of that secretion is getting accumulated in lungs and blocking airways and causing pneumonia .
Please suggest what is the treatment for recovering cough reflex and avoiding accumulation of cough in lungs.

Blood from lungs coming frequently 4time
1. Why am I experiencing bleeding immediately after eating anything?
2. Does eating PG (paying guest) food cause bleeding?
3. I experience bleeding after walking 1 km (to and from college to PG). How should I rest? Do I need to take a break from college?
4. Why does blood rush up rapidly when I lie down, especially in the evening and afternoon?
5. How can I stop the bleeding? I have tried all possible medications, but the bleeding is not stopping.
6. Could this be a symptom of any other underlying disease? What possible treatments are available? Do any internal examinations need to be done?
7. Could this be due to cold water, high blood circulation pressure, or lung-related issues? Could it be hemoptysis?
8. I also experienced bleeding at 4:30 AM as soon as I woke up. What could be the reason?
9."I experienced bleeding four times in a day, even after taking medicine."
