CECT of Thorax

Please find attached CECT report of Thorax. We have reported to doctor due to the increased of ESR and seasonal cough only.  Patient is asymptomatic,  good appetite,  no fever,  no weight loss in last 4 month , Sputam is negative, Patient is feeling well.  According to CT  report doctor further advised for Bronchoscopy for BAL and FB. However, my mother cardiac condition is not good after echo EF is 30 - 35 %. According to cardiologist opinion bronchoscopy can be done with high risk . Due to the cardiac condition we are not going to bronchoscope , but Pulmonologist says it is 5 minitus of procedure , patient will relief to home on same day . But we are on risk after bronchoscope if any cardiac arrest are attacked to my mother. In continuation to above what is experts opinion bronchoscopy is really needed as patient is asymptomatic or any other options??

Slight pain with heaviness

Actually it will be a month by now, so last month around 14th i started with this heaviness and suffocating feeling in breathing it went for a week, I was scared so I consulted a cardiologist. He just heard about my symptoms and said it is a case of acidity or gas. He suggested me 2-3 gastro medications but it didn't affect me then when I went outside my home I had difficulty in breathing but then after a few days it stopped. Now again whenever I lie on my left side i feel pain when I breathe idk what's the problem is it a muscle pain or what

Do I need anti fungal

Test: Allergy, Individual Marker, Aspergillus Fumigatus Serum IgE Result: 4.68 kUA/L (Moderate) Reference Range: <0.35 kUA/L Interpretation: Moderate allergic response, symptoms likely common. Here is a short summary of the HRCT Thorax Report: Findings: Mosaic attenuation in both lungs suggests small airway disease. Mild bronchiolectatic changes in the right upper lobe. No significant lung damage like fibrosis, honeycombing, or traction bronchiectasis. Trachea, bronchi, and vascular structures are normal. No signs of pleural/pericardial effusion or mediastinal mass. Bones and upper abdomen appear normal. Conclusion: Suggests mild airway disease but no severe lung damage. I have breathing problems, since post COVID positive only, before covid i never had breathing problems and I had TB In 2018. My pft test score is decreasing If I take anti fungal, will it improve my breathing? Do I need anti fungal treatment Attached last two pft test report
