Is it safe?
🩺 Health Update – Need Advice 🙏 Right now, I’m feeling like my throat is filled with something, and I have a tight chest. I also started having mild breathing problems. I have severe acid reflux and bronchitis. I had a viral infection around 3 weeks ago. I tried steam inhalation, but it didn’t help much. I’m thinking of adding salt  to the steam. 👉 My question is: Is it mostly safe or risky — does it need a doctor’s permission? Anyone with experience, please guide me. Thank you! 💬🙏

Ur symptoms looking like due to existing bronchitis and also acid reflux can worsen bronchitis… we need to look whether it’s due to acute bronchitis or chronic bronchitis or any upper respiratory tract involvement and then treat accordingly
