Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi doctor, I had covid on 7th may and recovered in a couple of weeks with mild lung pneumonia. Post covid mild phelgm continues to be there evryday. Otherwise all good with health and I started physical activities as well with no concerns. My question is 1. Is it okay to take vaccine now with phlegm coming (no cold 2. 3 months duration for taking vaccine starts from the say we are infected or after recovery. Thank you

Sir /ma'am My father aged 65, had covid pneumonia in April with hrct 12/25 score. He was discharged in April end and used to maintain spo2 of 98 without oxygen support. From July mid his SPO2 levels are 95-96 constantly and only 98 in morning. Is thik ok or the infection is coming back? He is doing pranayam and lung excersie (3 ball instrument) daily morning for 40mins. Thank you
