Chest & Breathing Problems

I am facing dry cough oftenly after post covid. Almost its been 4months over. Please suggest any good medicines for this issue.

There was a hive on my neck suddenly that was itching. It went away after a few hours and now i have a red dot there. Can this cause scrub typhus? One is the hive day before yeaterday.and one is today

I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis in March 2019 and then I was on treatment for 1 year after which it was cured but then again 2 times it relapsed. And recently again I am experiencing symptoms for which I got CT chest done. I have enclosed the reports so please guide me whether those enlarged lymph nodes are because of sarcoidosis only or something else. Thank you.

My mother's sputum test namely AFB culture after 3 weeks came negative but Genexpert came positive.  She has tree in bud pattern infection with one small mass lesion in ct scan. So is this a tb or any other infection or malignancy?

I have diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis 6 years back. I took ATT for 6 months but after that I stopped the treatment. Iam not confirming whether the TB is fully eliminated or not. So how to check now ?

Hie, from last two days I have sharp pain in right side below chest while breathing, my blood pressure is normal but my pulse is above 100.

Since past 1 month I am coughing jelly like mucus everytime I cough I cough up something sticky it also stick in my throat which make me to clear my throat often. I guess I have some gastric issues but other than that I don't think I have any issues with my lungs I can run and walk normally without any issues. I have been having runny nose, itchy eyes, and some breathing problem. I will be seeing a doctor tomorrow. Is it ok to take montair and Citrizine together today? I also have asthalin inhaler in case that is recommended. Thank you.

Hello Doctor, from past few days i am getting random feeling of being choked during sleep. Its sort of tightness inside that as if I can't breathe. It doesn't happen everyday but does happen 2-3 times in a week, i wake up when that happens, and usually happens on stomach side down laying.
