Chest & Breathing Problems

Have done Antibody IgM Eliza test for my mom and dad after both the doses of vaccination and after they recovered from covid 19 but the test results shows no antibody. Can you please explain the below report interpretation and is there anything to worry about?

I was recently diagnosed with Typhoid, with antibiotics fever was gone and headache also, however still there is high intensity coughing for very short duration like lion roar which is still there for more than 1.5 week, any medicine I need to take, please advise

Hi, my sister had been infected with Covid-19 during April /May 2021, she received her first covishield dosage on 24th July 2021, since then she has not been able to sleep peacefully during the Night, She wakes up with complaints of breathlessness (especially during the night),                               During the day, she keeps getting fatigue and loss of appetite and hence low on energy. My mother who is 76years was diagnosed with Pulmonary TB incidentally and it's in starting phase. Started with AKT4 but reactions were very bad after 5 days, severe vomiting, nausea and full weakness. Admitted hospital, LFT reports showed abnormal range. So stopped for 4 days and still LFT reports are not that much normal. Now suggested to start the medication with Ethambutol first, review LFT reports after three days and introduce next one and again LFT and introduce third drug. Sputum test is negative and gene expert is positive for TB. So is this approach OK?

To combat TB its advised to take AKT tabs for months but will it cause lung damage like cavities during or after the course?
