I hear crackling sound when take deep breath from mouth but after coughing its gone currently i am having viral fever. 1 month before my tb medication has stopped bcuz my treatment is over and nothing showings in the x ray show plz tell me what it could be

Hello doctor my father and husband are covid positive and was having fever last week, and now the fever subsided but is having couch on n off while talking, laughing and occasionally sleeping. No chest pain or difficulty breathing. Is steam inhalation good for this? What are the warning signs which we should be careful about?

I have loose motions, nausea and feverish body since today morning.. I had chest X-ray tomorrow which shows Prominent Hila likely vessels... Aspergillus igg antibodies - 156 U/mL Aspergillus igm antibodies - 2.35 U/mL Cavity in lung- sputum cbnaat failed, doctor said it's tb based on attached report. Had a doubt on Fung infection did this aspergillus test, should I take treatment for aspergillus though igm is good? Should I consult the same pulmonologist with this report or not did to worry about aspergillus

Hi, I have persistent cough from 4 days. Sometimes very thick and little phlegm comes out . Rt pcr test is negative . However since I have asthma from childhood, it's something causing me wheezing breath. As a maintenance inhaler I am using aerocort and asthalin as a rescue inhaler. Cough syrup used is ambroxol hcl, guaiphensein and terbutaline. Kindly suggest me best treatment to overcome this.
