Chest & Breathing Problems

My brother age around 40+ fluid remove but ,the next day again lung bag gets full he was a heavy alcoholic can someone please suggest what will be the best treatment for him

I tend to cough after having food, and that cough generally contains black spots. I have a smoking history of 5 years and have quit 6 months ago.

I am 66 years old.. And my DLCO report came moderately impaired.. Doctor gave me foracort 200 twice a day.. Can I use Budesonide/Formoterol Inhalation Power Symbicort Turbuhaler 160/4.5 ug/dose instead of foracort 200 inhaler?

I'm tested covid positive in may with only symptom of cough. vaccinated a week ago. Recently consulted pulmonologist and  some blood tests my ige and sed reports attachd is it normal or any allergies I have.

I have to take deep breath frequently and it's happening from 3 or 4 days and I don't smoke and drink and do not have any type of allergy. And I am not taking any medication. Also I think I do not have anxiety. Is this serious or not.

Having congestion in Chest or respiratory track. Noisy respiration while sleeping in the night. Sometime transparent gel like substance come when I cough. Coughing is Painful most of the times. It feels itching all the time on the neck and chest.

Sir i am pulmonary tuberclosis tretment done genexpert no mdr tb but mtb is detected i am taking medicins since 2 and half months afb cones negative earlier it was 3+ now i am getting fever daily from first day 100-101 but after giving paracetamol fever from 101 cones to only 99.4 still fever please tell me when fever will stop coming please reply sir help me i will be grateful to you dr a raja prasana please

I m a non-smoker and non-alcholic. I have bronchial Asthma at a strech since last 15 years. Can I take montair 10 tablet life long with Seroflow 250 inhaler.
