Pectus excavatum
I have pectus excavatum but my thorax ct scan is showing that it is not interfering with heart amd major medestinal vessels and my lungs are also normal in shape and diameter but i have a very noticeable dent at middle of the chest and my both breastbone are catved outwards
I have some breathing problems
Is physical therapy cure pectus excavatum??
I don't want to go under any invasive treatment or surgery

My husband after covid got effected with pulmonary fibrosis..in ct scan 40-50% damage it caused.
Is there better treatment for this ?
Will it get cured?
What all complications can occur?
Presently he is on oxygen support at night time.spo2 is 93 now...

Cough for more than 1.5 yr
My mother has been suffering from chronic cough for a little over 1.5 yr. She has been taking lcz, montelukast, steam inhalation. Recently pns x ray showed mild maxillary sinusitis for which she is taking mometasone. Her PFT shows small airway disease. She is also experiencing post nasal drip. She has not been prescribed any MDI. What should be the next step as the cough is not reducing and bcz of that she has also been diagnosed with cystocele and rectocele grade 1
