Is getting fever and slight throat pain after endobronchial ultrasound (Ebus-tbna) procedure is normal?

I feel blood flowing in my vessels very often this didn't used to happen earlier. Also my blood pressure varies from 135/75 to 105/55 morning to evening. It makes me uncomfortable and anxious. what shall I do ?

Doctor has prescribed Ceftas DT 400 for respiratory tract infection but I am currently travelling in train and only Ceftas 200 is available at nearby shop. I have been prescribed three doses of Ceftas DT 400 per day and I have taken 2 doses of Ceftas DT 400 today -- for the 3rd dose can I take Ceftas 200 and continue with Ceftas DT 400 from tomorrow? Augumentin Antiflu medicine stoped Now Using levolin 0.63 mg Budicort From one week Dr said use same medicine again one week . Hello Doctor. On Tuesday 19th October, I got fever. Then at that night, I had 103° degree fever. For 3 days, I had high fever. Now Fever is very low as 99° but I am having too much coughing and cough accumulation. My chest X-ray is attached. Please suggest what should I do.
