Coughing 45days vomit last 3days
CT THORAX impression: patchy small consolidation in apico posterior segment left upper lobe with thin walled cavity and patchy small consolidation in apical segment right upper lobe with multiple small illdefined patchy parenchymal nodules in bilateral lungs predominantly in upper lobes with tree in bud distribution suggestive of Koch's. Please explain the impression.. what is it exactly and how severe? Please. Attached xray film.

Ct is suggestive of Tb.pl do sputum for Afb and sputum for cb natt test for tb.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
