Chest & Breathing Problems

I visited government hospital last month due to weight loss and vommiting and after a month of  analysis they have started meditation of tuberculosis .some doctor said I have tb and some were denying . So I wanted to consult whether I have tb or not. I don't have any symptoms of tb like coughing It has been 21 days I am taking tb medicine but still vomitt is not stopped

Hi, Since last year I faced breathing issues and as per doctor advise, u started taking ONBREZ on SOS basis. However this year, it has become worse that I have to take 1 puff of Foracort in morning and evening and every other day, I have to take Loftair also as ONBREZ is not available. I wonder what's happening and how can I improve on this. U lose lot of sleep time also as it starts in morning ard 4/5 am and takes at least an hour or so to become normal. Please guide me

Is the chest x-ray normal? What is that thing under the left lung? Is it something to worry about or is it normal?

CT scan report shows Minimal thin rim of bilateral pleural fluid is noted. Subsegmental atelectasis is noted in both lung bases. Age 58 male. Is this dangerous

After hospitalization he is not eating properly and now few day's before not eating well and says stomach is full fill. Attached file prescription is feeding.
