Breathing problem

I feel like mucus has struct somewhere in my heart whenever I eat too much at night or if I get cold or dust allergies ocuur then I cannot breathe properly and only mucus comes out everytime...then it stays for 5-6 days everytime...it has been happening since 2 years...I am an athlete but could not run because I cannot breathe when this problem occurs...please help me out...
