I have gone through the ige test and the result shows Ige is 456 . Is it normal . Can u suggest what can I do

Dear Doctors, I have completed 3 months of Anti TB treatment. Attaching my old CECT and latest NCCT Chest report. After comparing both the CT films my doctor said infection has reduced. But in latest report it's written Disease has increased. I am confused now who is correct. Can anyone please check and suggest anything?

I am suffering from COPD for more than 10 years. Esiflo 250 & Montec LC are the medication that i am having on daily basis. Since today morning i am having moderate chest pain approx 2 inch bellow my armpit on right side while breathing and talking loudly.
