Chest & Breathing Problems

I was suffering from covid seven months back. I am perfectly fine now. I get this chest xray done today for check-in lung health .Please refer to xray and tell me whether lung seems fine or not. Secondly I have the issue that there is wheezing sound at night and difficulty in breathing.This is the problem before covid and doctor has suggested me foracort 400 because I came to know that body becomes use to of corticosteroid s. Kindly clarify this also

Dr. A few days ago there was a pooja in the house, in which the smell of smoke had settled, after that I started sneezing a lot, the next day cough started, now there is a cough, a little phlegm comes but the sound like a city keeps coming from the chest, what to do?

A.C.E count is higher than normal range. What if A.C.E count is 759. What is the precautions for this. Is it any serious issue for this.

Hi doctor, It has been 10 months since I diagnosed with covid 19. My lungs were 40% affected and I was hospitalized for 5 days. But my sp02 never went down. So, I did ct scan after 2 month ( in may) month and it was showing mild fibrotic bands Does it mean that I got fibrosis? Will I still have fibrosis chances after 10 month?

I am 23 years old. 120 kg weight and 5" 5 height. Recently I have been trying to loose weight but while exercising I feel tightness in my chest and get out of breath really fast. Eg while walking and talking or climbing up stairs or walking on inclined plane really makes it hard to breathe and chest tightness. My heart also starts to beat really fast. My bp is also high so most of the time it's 135/100. I also have fatty liver. What should I do?

My symptoms are getting pain in between chest and  back side in between two sholders and stomach getting full of gas.stomach getting very heat.

Please check my father's report as he is diagnosed with pneumonia and feeling respiratory problems and weakness

Goodmorning. I am suddenly facing breathing issue after 11 days of Post Covid Recovery. In oxymeter the oxygen is showing 95-97. I didn't face any breathing issue during covid though. Is it normal ?? Or there is still any covid infection in my body ?

I had one HRCT chest during covid in June 2021 and from August I started having severe chest pain so after 4 months  in october 2021, I had another CT chest and during these 4 months , I had one  chest xray. All these were done upon my pulmonologist's prescription. So just want to understand if these scans are safe or anything to worry about as I have heard radiation leads to some health issues later in the life.
