Winded While brisk walking
I am22 year old weight 87 height 6 last month during free checkup my tryglicride are 400 Do ecg normal Do tmt negative Advise walking & exercise I daily do brisk walking for 1 hr  distnce 5km But during walking thodi sas phulti h deep breath atti h Same for 1 floor stare k bad sas hlki chdti h While doing walking my hr 148 average spo2 95 Is it normal or dueto less stamina becuse of not so physical in past 2 year ?

As you increase speed of walking heart rate raises automatically , saturation above 95 is normal, even at rest if your heart rate is always high then need to evaluate,as already ECG and tmt are done ,you can continue to walk ,as your triglycerides are high need to eat healthy diet with less carbohydrates and fat ,high protein.

Heart rate increases doing exercise, do measure after 10-15 minutes. Spo2 till 94 is normal.
