From last two days I have been suffering with cough.. but I don't have a cold. Please suggest any medicine..or do I need to consult doctor

Having asthma,cough occur every year during seasonal change specially in summer to winter.This year same situation prevailing, at first continuous wheezing few days---blocked nose- than dry cough round the day(specially in morning). Shortness of breath occurs sometimes. Medicine- Symbicort turbuhaler 160/4.5mcg- 2 puff daily, earlier allegra -M was taken, now continuing with atarax 10mg. But still dry cough problem is prevailing.Sometimes white cough is coming out through mouth.

If a person is doing HR CT chest scan will it shows abnormalities like spine tumours and lesions? Thanks

If the patient was treated with MDR previously nearly about 1.5 years with pulmonary tb, but now also infected with lymph node tb, is it possiblity of again MDR?
