Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been taking montek LC tab for a long time for my sneezing issue especially after waking up in the morning,  it has been of great help...but as soon as I discontinue it..the problem aggravates badly..kindly advice.

She is coughing since long time no effect of cough medicine.no other signs of cold and cough but in a day mostly she is coughing especially while eating something or while cooking and in night. Reason not clear.while coughing eyes get watery and itchiness like in throat.

Why do I always feel ,sharp shooting pain in my chest , and heavy feeling in my chest area.and for even little dust or smoke I feel breathless ness and start coughing and if I speak while walking ,I develop heavy breathing ,what's the reason ,y iam I having breathing issues .iam 25 years female ,i have a 1.5 year old kid.n I had 2 c sections .

I have gone through the ige test and the result shows Ige is 456 . Is it normal . Can u suggest what can I do

Dear Doctors, I have completed 3 months of Anti TB treatment. Attaching my old CECT and latest NCCT Chest report. After comparing both the CT films my doctor said infection has reduced. But in latest report it's written Disease has increased. I am confused now who is correct. Can anyone please check and suggest anything?
