Get sputum examination done for AFB and gene xpert test, could be tuberculosis, also sputum gram stain and culture sensitivity to be done, consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and management
You need detailed evaluation. For this much lung parenchyma involvement if it's tb and the sample is poor only AFB will be negative. Also sputum for gram staining and culture for other bacteria to be considered. If the quality of sputum is not good, then bronchoscope guided washing to be done. Still u didn't deteriorate much with this lung involvement I ll still keep TB as first diagnosis followed by other bacterial infection. Either way u need urgent evaluation
Xray is suggestive of D/d 1.pulmonary tuberculosis 2.Pnemonia ..for conformation u can go for bronchoscopy and BAL for AFB and culture ..do consult a pulmonologist..
Appears to be pulmonary Tuberculosis. Pl repeat sputum for Afb, and zene expert. Did you had any time Tb.pl consult immediately with PULMONOLOGIST for further evaluation and treatment.

The X-ray shows a right sided pneumonia which may be due to some infectious causes including TB. If there are persistent symptoms, additional tests may be required to find out the exact cause.
