I have wet cough since 4years. I got this test done yesterday. kindly check the report and suggst if  needed medication.

Its normal but ur having cough so detailed history and examination is needed plus xray and some other blood test needed and a detailed history of any prior medications. Till u can have any anti allergic medication and consult online/offline pulmonologist for better treatment plan.

Detail hissory of illness. Than decide the treatment. Till contd one ppi and antiallergic daily. Avoid spicy late night meal.  Avoid cold dust . Breathing exercises

Your sputum test for TB bacilli is negative. The test might have done suspecting PTB due to chronic cough. There are other reasons. Book consultation for review and management.

It could be bronchitis or Bronchiectasis causing this need elaborate history and better to get PFT and plain HRCT chest and then decide if it’s airway issue or lung issue and get treated with inhalers accordingly.
