Depends on Organ involvement.
For Pulmonary TB X-ray chest, sputum AFB, CBNAAT, CULTURE are required.
If its Extra pulmonary we need Scans , FNAC, Biopsy and HPR, CBNAAT, N Culture.

For pulmonary tb,sputum for Afb and cb nat test to be done.For extrapulmonary tb,biopsy to be done.it all depends upon the part,which is affected with Tb.Not a single test,all corrobarative evidences are necessary to confirm the diagnosis.
