Your xray changes might suggest airway disease, need to correlate with your symptoms,as you have wheeze you have to continue using inhalers depending upon symptomatic improvement dose can be adjusted, need not worry about getting used to steroids they are safer when used as inhaler

Inhalers are needed for control of asthma. Based on your frequency and severity of symptoms, the dosage of inhalers can be reduced after proper consultation.
Next Steps
Consult a pulmonologist for further evaluation.

Xray is ok.pl use inhalers for breathing difficulty, as per the advise. The steroids in the inhalers are in minute dose, hence side effects are very rare, even if you use for a long time.pl do Salt water gargling after inhalations. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
