I have breathing problem after exercise
I started exercise 2 weeks ago. I do every evening for half an hour particularly push-ups upto 100 in 3 sets. But I started having breathing and swallowing difficulty when having dinner from 3 days ago.. ( it slowly diminishes after dinner and disappear before sleep) I have no background of any asthma... I guess  chest muscles contraction due to rigorous push-ups...

Difficulty in swallowing could be due to throat infection/pharyngitis , breathing problem could be due to heavy exercises,do exercise under expert guidance with gradually increasing the duration and intensity of exercise as your body takes time to adjust to the intensity gradually,as it is decreasing in it's own,if there is any spasm related to pushups you can use muscle relaxant medication temporarily
Next Steps
consult online for further guidance
