CECT Chest and NCCT Chest report
Dear Doctors, I have completed 3 months of Anti TB treatment. Attaching my old CECT and latest NCCT Chest report. After comparing both the CT films my doctor said infection has reduced. But in latest report it's written Disease has increased. I am confused now who is correct. Can anyone please check and suggest anything?

Need to correlate with your clinical improvement, how are your symptoms present, compared to three months before, CT chest latest dated suggests increased severity anyway, you need to continue with Tuberculosis therapy, along with sputum test to be done as follow up need to see overall improvement especially symptomatic relief and sputum AFB conversion to negative status, consult pulmonologist online for further guidance
