CECT Chest and NCCT Chest
Today i completed my 3 months of Anti TB treatment. Coughing is the only symptom I have.I am attaching my CECT Chest(Old) and latest NCCT Chest report. Can anyone please suggest why my infection is not reduced and what should be the next step?

Continue using anti tb drugs,get sputum for AFB test done if not already done,need to see overall symptoms improvement along with lab parameters, CT chest shows increase in severity of the disease compared to previous CT chest, consult pulmonologist for further guidance

Increase in lung involvement needs to be evaluated along with clinical symptoms and sputum tests to rule out drug resistance.

Your disease is not cured. You need to be evaluated. Total duration of ATT is 6 months. But after 2 months sputum AFB needs to be done. Please consult immediately

Pl do sputum for Afb and sputum for cb not test. It appears, you are suffering from?Drug resistant Tb.pl consult with Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.

It may be due to inefficient ATT . So you may have Drug Resistant TB.
