Regarding TB treatment
Dear Doctors, I have completed 3 months of Anti TB treatment course. My AFB Stain and GeneXpert reports came Negative(Normal). Should I go for AFB Culture or TB Culture test?

If there is no symptomatic or radiological worsening, then no need for culture.

Current guidelines do not recommend repeated microbiological studies in drug sensitive tuberculosis on treatment. You can just complete your course of medications.
