Chest congestion or bronchitis?
Having a runny nose since two days. Took levocitrazine and a syrup called Alex without any consultation. now the congestion has begun and I feel a slight wheezing also, coughing at times. In the past, pre covid, I have taken grilinctus bm whenever this happened, in addition to other prescribed medicines. I am fully vaccinated and never had covid.

You must take anti histamine and bronchodilators. Self treatment is not good. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
