Chest & Breathing Problems

I smoke not more than 2 cigarettes per day. What are my chances of having lung cancer right now? And what are the tests i can go through to check that? Please help

Hi doctors, I am really baffled by this symptom of pinkish sputum in the morning. No diagnosis has confirmed actual cause till now. Did PNS CT scan(no major sinus issue), chest ct scan, nasal and throat endoscopy(normal). Only esophagus endoscopy revealed some minor erosions in esophagus(grade a) and doctor gave some medication for the same. However that has not improved this pinkish sputum symptom and dr is saying it's unlikely that blood will come from esophagus to mouth. Also got cbc blood test done and everything was normal. Initially I also had mild rhinitis symptoms so ENT mentioned this might be due to allergy so took  1 zadonase and nasal spray for a month and that also did not eradicate the symptom. Any help regarding this matter will be really helpful!!! Please let me know!!

Hi dr I noticed this blood in my saliva when I harshly spit out 1 times in last week The picture I have attached is from last week after that it disappeared Today again I got blood in saliva but in small traces I harshly pulled mucus from my nose inside mouth to spit out and I got small trace of blood After that it disappeared What could be the cause of it I'm really scared I have visited ent recently last month for some other cause and he couldn't find anything wrong just pharyngitis Why am I getting this blood also the quantity of blood is really little like small streaks of blood My nose feels a little dry Could it be from swallowing from nose harshly ? Due to summer I drank too much of cold juices and soft drinks and from past 2 days i am having symptoms of fibromyalgia and I suffer from gerd with mild hiatus hernia from many years. I have pain in sternum bone and surrounding when pressed and when deeply breath also.toomuch of fatigue and flum stuck up in chest like feeling. What should be done and no other symptoms.

I have asthma and allergic rhinitis from childhood. I take asthalin inhaler and sometimes Foracort Inhaler. Also takes Montelukast and Fexofenadine and sometimes levocetrizine tablet every night. From few weeks every evening I am getting wheezing sound. If I take inhaler it calms down however it will get triggered again 3-4 hours. Also rhinitis is quite high from few weeks. Even I started sweating little more. Kindly suggest what to do .

My tb skin test is positive and in 2014 i was diagnosed with tb and treatment was not proper... i have urine problem now ...mycobacterium and afb for urine is negative. Can tb be the reason of urinary problem. I m done with urine routine and culture, ultrasound everything is fine Please suggest

Is it safe to take ondom 4mg tablet before food daily during AKt 4 medication for tb treatment? My mother experience nausea and stomach churning as soon as she takes AKt4 tablets and she is in 8th day now.

Doctors from my born my lower chest compressed it's un flated went see doctors they said Pectus typed...I m not feel comfortable..now a days if I tried to deep breath inhale exhale I can feel stomach noises and water content noises ...I noticed few years back...is this due to diaphragm compression ?..I have doubts but if I ask other they don't hear their own stoma h sound ...

Sir why i get fever 102 during tuberclosis treatment i am taking medicines from 30 days today one month is completed please tell me when this fever will stop coming
