If you are unable to talk or take breath it is an emergency. Consult doctor immediately  in person for nebulisations and oxygen inhalation if saturation is low. You need to be started on inhaler medications for asthma

Pl take nebulisations,and inhalers. O2 sos.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
