Till how much time fever is normal during tuberclosis treatment please tell me Sir is fever expected during tuberclosis treatment if yes then for how much time

Good evening sir/mam I was suffered by heavy cough and cold past 2 months, due to resolved from covid +be, I took so many treatment but no still I am not cure. Finally I took CT scan in that focal peripheral subcentimetric nodular arispace opacity of size _5x5 mm noted in anterior segment of right upper lobe. Next wat I do , pls help me I want consult with you .

CT revealed mass of 2.8cm and sputum test positive for TB. What's the treatment plan? AKT-4 or biopsy still to be done?
