Having cold repeatedly can be an indicator of underlying allergy, and having cough while laughing or crying is a typical symptom of asthma.

It could be due to allergic rhinitis and asthma,need to evaluate in detail with allergic profile and pulmonary function test,chest x-ray and then can advise treatment accordingly,  with antiallergic and inhaler therapy

May be due to Allergy. Pl identify the allergens, and avoid them..Pl take anti histamine and bronchodilators. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.

With your above mentioned symptoms it's doesn't look like any infection. It may be due to post Nasal drip which means some fluid getting collected in throat due to allergy of something....Needs further work up with xray of face for sinuses and allergic blood tests and Ent doctor consultation if needed
