Chest & Breathing Problems

Dear sir/mam my father treatment is going on 2 months are completed but now also fever is coming in morning it is 98.5 and in night after 8:00 it goes to 100-101 please tell me is it normal when when this fever will stop please dont say or ask to consult it is my helplessness we are already in problem please please sir

Hi doctor, Yesterday after food choking ,i got cough and after that i vomited ,during vomiting i felt like my whole body was shaken and after that i got sholder pain ,neck pain and arms pain and a burning sensation in chest along with sharp pain and from that time onwards whenever i sneeze or cough i am getting sharp pain in left side chest ..can you please explain what is condition and medicine for the same ??

I was covid patient and was admitted to the hospital for around 15days. My oxygen goes down to 36% but after that I have recovered well. But just 1 mont after that I started to have regular coughing, and after a week blood came due to coughing. I had meet with pulmonology near me. He had given me some medicine for cough and bleeding (pause), my cough get controlled but bleeding does not stop. Bleeding happen few times in weeks, I ask him about that but doesn't get clear answer. Now my coughing again started and bleeding doesn't go away. I am very worried about bleeding it mostly happen in morning and sometimes in night.

I was covid positve in sept20. During these ten months  feeling acid reflux left shoulder pain feeling numbness at the left side of chest. Three times ecg 3 times blood report mammography ,pft done. All reports are normal.Only endoscopy shows antral gastritis. Biopsy also done that is also normal. Other report of neck shows early spondylotic changes in spine. Reduced IVD space between  C4-C5 and C5-C6. Medicines also taken but not feeling well. Left side neck pain chest numbness , burping, remains same. Every time  middle part chest choked up and feels someone pulled muscles of my chest.I m Really woried.

I'm 56 years old and i took my covid vaccine 2nd dose yesterday. During my vaccination, i checked BP and its 153. Doctor advised to check my BP a day after. Today its again 153 and 145 at second check. What should i do now to maintain my BP to normal?

Hi sir/madam , I'm Having mild difficulty in breathing since 3 months especially during my periods. Having respiratory rate of 7 breathe per min. And also there is pause in between. This is happening during day time when I'm awake and also while sleeping. There is no proper breathing. I have to put more effort in breathing and sometimes I feel I'm breathing manually. Hope you will help. Thank you.

What does this means "ground glass appearance in the peripheral region of left lung"? Why does this happen?

Hello sir I am diagnose with tv in the month of April 2021. It was caught in d MRI in the mid brain I have been continue the medicine since then showing to neurologist but now 1 week before it shows swelling In My neck I have gone through many tests .there is one tests that shows medicine resistance n now doctor change the medicine again however the dose make me fell weak n vomiting and don't fell like having food.every night got fever 8yrs or 9backs I have the history of tuberculosis I did complete the course for almost a year but am not sure how it came back now

Hlo , When ever i eat food little oily as in sabjis or normal cold drink not too cold i feel shortness of breath from last 2 weeks when i go for DSR or gesowel then feel little relief i am worried please help me how should I solve this problem moreover dose exercise help me if yes which exercise (jogging,walking) or not because these days i am obese because of no activity job
