Chest & Breathing Problems

Sir i have upload my reports my mtb is detected but i have also done cb naat in that my afb is not seen so what does this means do my tb is gone or not

Has from few days he is suffering from cough and chest congestion, no sleep and night ,when conversing cough is more,so visited doctor, no bp ,took X-ray it's normal ,in prescription doc has written rs-wheez and cvs-s1 s2,tabkets given T Ecozet M,TAmoxicillin600mg,rantac ,Syrup, Essex plus, Neb duolin, for 1 week took the tablets but still cough persists what to do

My upper left chest rib pains when i touch... I did my ecg, echo, lung scan all are normal..sometimes i feel iam unable to breathe properly because of this pain, i am getting little chest pain also.. I dont know whether it is chest heart related pain or muscular pain..is there any blood clot between my chest ribs??? Getting so many doubts..

I am non smoker old post tb in 2015 and currently build up phelgum past 1.8 years. My ige level is 489 iu/ml. What i am suffering from? Asthma/copd/choronic bronchitis or wht. Will this disease cause more damage to my lungs over time?

Hi Doctor,I am post Covid patient, recovered 2 months ago ,but still sometimes feeling palpitations & shortness of breath ,I consulted a cardiologist & was on beta blockers & Deriphylline 1 month ,all the reports related to heart was normal also the chest x-ray was normal,but why still I feel palpitations & shortness of breath sometimes,also all the inflammatory markers reports are normal ,please suggest what to do ?

Hi 28f...from few days iam not feeling well I checked temp using infrared thermometer it was showing normal but I was feeling unwell throat pain little cough ...I took rt pcr 1 week back at that time I had only cough and it came back negative.today I took covid vaccine though I was feeling feverish fatigue...now I checked temp using digital thermometer it is showing 99.5 and infrared it's showing normal...iam worried now bcz I took vaccination even though I was having fever etc ...

Due to hepatotoxicity doctors reschedule my regime with rifampicine ethambutol levofloxacin and amikacin. Now I want to know for how long this regime will go? Is this new regime successful to treat tb completely? I am in big worry.

I got recovered from covid 3 months back and can I take covid vaccine? I have wheezing problem for the past 10 years and I take levolin Rotocaps daily. Will it be a problem taking vaccine? Please help me
