Chest X ray

I've had a chest X-ray as part of my routine labs (although I do suffer from mild exertional chest heaviness and sob), and I've attached the film. Can you take a look and tell me if everything appears normal?

Respiratory failure due to Pneumonia

My mother passed away last 25th April. She was diagnosed with COPD and allergic asthma 8 years before. Taking regular medicine. She was diagnosed with pneumonia second time on 16th April. Treating MD in medicine said either it's infection or pulmonary edema, gave some antibiotics. On 18th April after pulmonologist confirmation we hospitalized her to sub unit of a well known private medical college. On the day of hospitalization she was conscious, talking to us, lucid, active as well. But after hospitalization condition worsened, lost consciousness, infection worsened despite good antibiotics. We lost her on 25th April this year. How is it possible despite of antibiotics she collapsed. I know it's an emotional inquiry for a part. I can go for paid consultation if someone can guide.

Need advice: Inhaler & PFT timing

I am using a combination inhaler with Formoterol 6 mcg and Budesonide 200 mcg — 2 puffs in the morning and 2 puffs at night. I have planned to do a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) on Monday morning. This test is my own decision, not suggested by a doctor. My past PFT reports show a continuous decrease in lung function, so I want to understand my current condition. My question: Should I stop using the inhaler before the PFT? If yes, then how many hours before the test should I stop? If no, then can I ask the lab to do both pre-med and post-med testing?

Post-COVID Breathing Problems

I had COVID in 2020. After that, I started having breathing problems. I go to a government hospital regularly. My IgE is very high – around 7000 IU/mL. Before COVID, I never had any breathing issues. My PFT results have been decreasing over time, from 110% to now 85%. Recently, I tested myself privately for ABPA (Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis), and the result was 4.68 kU/L (positive according to the lab), but the pulmonologist did not recommend antifungal treatment. He only gave LABA + Budesonide inhalers. I am planning to consult an MD Internal Medicine doctor. 1. Should I meet an internal medicine doctor? 2. Do they understand PFT reports properly? 3. In your opinion, should I start antifungal treatment for ABPA? I am looking for multiple expert opinions. Please guide me.
