Chest & Breathing Problems

When I wake up The coigh which come is Brown in color and it's happening from past 4-5 days. (Cough photo attached) I had an xray taken and shown to pulmonologist around 30-35 days back for prolong cough (brown cough wasn't there) and at that time he told it's sinus issue (Xray image attached) What should i do next ? Note: I had quit smoking around 15 days back

Is FeNO test proven? Do you believe in FeNO test report? Is the FeNO (Fractional exhaled Nitric Oxide) test scientifically proven and reliable? Do you believe in the accuracy of FeNO test reports? Do you recommend it? Please answer quickly, my condition is worsening.

I have a breathing problem I am short of breath And sometimes there is a slight burning sensation in the chest.

Attached spirometry rpt. IgE: 7k. Breathing prob since COVID+ in 2020. Before COVID, never had this issue.  Docs saw IgE 7k → keep saying Allergic Asthma (AA). Told them before COVID no breath issues. Did skin prick test – allergic to dust – but dust exp. never ↑ prob. Breath prob constant, doesnt comes/goes. Tried Foracort 200 inh. → no improvement. Also take benzo + Dayvigo. When breath prob happens, SpO₂ still 98%. As AA pts can’t take sleep meds, makes it harder. Met multiple pulmo docs – all say AA – but sxs don’t feel like asthma. Just high IgE ≠ AA. Do you think high IgE alone is enough to dx AA? Pls share opinions, condition worsening.

Hi I'm having bronchial asthma and doctor prescribed dighaler fb 200 morning 2 puff night 2 puff and night nasal spray 1 time I was fine by using it after 10 days suddenly I got wheezing so what I did I took formonide 0.5mg nebulisation, next day I got fever cold cough I took that treatment also along with inhaler but after 2 days still wheezing sound will come louder upper chest to throat what to do shall I continue another 2 days nebulisation at night and morning inhaler? But the thing is my heart rate is always 110 above from fever starts plz suggest

I always feel out of breath and in the morning after waking up feel like emptiness around the heart area .THIS is a very new thing for me, a random day wh en I was in ac in a closed room then I felt this but now it is coming on a regular basis.

Hi I am Dinesh DMD patient 25 year old my doctor prescribed me nebulizer medicine called duolin whenever I use it I feel good i can breath freely but the catch is using medication for long time can case side-effects so can I continue it or consult doctor or can I use weekly twice or i need and other medications on daily basis please clear my doubt sometimes it's very hard to breath 🫁 should I take any tablet i only take Shelcal hd and multivitamin tablet i have b12 deficiency should it take any medicine for my condition

Hi, I'm 45 years old, suffer from frequent cold and running nose/sneezing and Im taking Levocetrizine/Monticope tablet weekly once or twice when cold is too much. This is what I have been doing for the last 20 years. Currently I noticed there is a wheezing sound when I deep exhale. More during early morning, after brushing, sneezing or nose cleaning feels better. I get mucus a lot.  Why is this wheezing sound? Is it any serious concern? Any home treatment which I can follow and get relief? Please reply in detail
