Chest & Breathing Problems

My mother is having viral fever from past 2 days with cough and yellow phlegm. She is taking antiflu 75mg twice a day with dolo 650 for fever approx thrice a day. Fever is around 99-100. Has lot of weakness and palpitations. Her sp02 is also 90-92. When will the fever subside ?

The doctor diagnosed COPD and gave an inhaler for 15 days. Did not explain much. Where is the issue in the x-ray.

Got PFT done due to breathlessness after dengue. What could be the possible cause and further line of treatment? I am having heart rate of 100-110. Have also been advised holter studies as ECHO TMT was normal. Is it heart related or lung related?

This is my 6th week of ATT i started having dry cough(usually when i do brisk walking )sometime and low dose Fever in evening every 3 days it didn't came in 1st month..I am taking medicine regularly is it normal or my therapy is not working ?

I live in USA and as part of immigration process they asked me to do a TB test which came positive , they they asked to do chest X ray which showed a calcified nodule which can be due to a prior infection of TB , but my doctor asked me to a do CT scan and is scan following was diagnosed SUSPECT AREAS OF INTERSTITIAL SCAR/FIBROSIS BILATERALLY. I dont have any symptoms and I am healthy , this was an incidental finding, should I worry about it ?

Is Cepomex CL 200 mg is comparable with Cepodem XP 325 mg . Kindly provide your kind opinion Respected Doctor. I am a retired scientist. Many thanks in advance Doctor.

Hi Doctors, I'm 37 years old male. I was randomly checking my oxygen level with oxymeter at my friends house and I could see my oxygen is 94,93 and if I breath deeply it will go to 98 , 97 but when I breath slowly it will go back to 95,94 or 93. I verified this from past 3 days.  I dont have have shortness of breath or other issues . I dont smoke cigarette but I get dry cough and if I go outside but once back home I won't get cough . Only during outdoor if the roads are polluted. This is happening from almost 4 years. I showed to GP long back and he advise to keep mask aways when I go back. Now after seeing the low oxygen level I'm worried a lot... please advise .. thank you.

Patient is already allergic asthma patient but he is suffering severe productive cough in night. All bronchodilators not working. Chest xray is attached. Even cough syrup is not able to control chest tightness and coughing in sleepless night. Please take a look in xray

For last 2-3 months i am having breathing trouble when running or brisk walking. So did ecg and eco both came normal. Chest x ray also normal. But pulmonary function test showing moderate restrictive lung pattern. Attaching the initial reports. I had pulmonary tb on 2021 and on healing time I developed this breathlessness , doctor gave inhaler that time but after 1 year all problems gone I generally use this inhaler on SOS basis. But pls guide me why this is happening again?
